Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vroom Vroom Fixer LLC. By accessing our website or booking our mobile mechanic services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Appointments Only – Quality Over Quantity
     

I only work by appointment, so every job gets my complete focus and care. Your car isn’t “just another number” here — it’s personal.

 

2. Deposits

  • A $50 deposit is required to secure an appointment.

  • For services over $200, the deposit will then change to cover the cost for parts.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services.

  • We accept payments via cash(not for deposits), credit/debit card, or other approved payment methods through Wix’s secure platform.

  • Prices vary by vehicle, service, and parts required. Estimates are provided prior to service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

       By booking our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your vehicle and service needs.

  • Ensure the service location is safe and accessible for  the fixer. (I’m sorry but I can’t work on an incline. The car must be on a flat surface.)

  • Have authorization to request and pay for services on the vehicle.

 

NOTICE OF WORKER'S LIEN PURSUANT TO TEXAS PROPERTY CODE s. 70.001: The undersigned, being the person who has paid for repairs to the vehicle described in this Repair Invoice, understands that if the Worker(Vroom Vroom Fixer LLC)  relinquishes possession of the vehicle in return for payment via check, money order or credit card transaction that is stopped or dishonored due to insufficient funds, no funds, or because the account does not exist or has been closed, the worker’s lien continues to exist and the Worker is entitled to possession of the vehicle in accordance with S. 9.609 of the Texas Business & Commerce Code until the amount due is paid.

5. Warranty & Liability

 ALL PARTS ARE SOLD AND ALL REPAIRS ARE PROVIDED BY VROOM VROOM FIXER LLC AS-IS, VROOM VROOM FIXER LLC HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED  WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITTNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF PARTS OR ACCESSORIES OR REPAIRS  PERFORMED TO THE VEHICLE. CUSTOMER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECOVER FROM VROOM VROOM FIXER LLC ANY TO RECOVER FROM CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF  PROFIT OR INCOME, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL DAMAGES.

6.Rust, Wear, and Service Delay Notice

 

Please note that every vehicle may come from different regions and driving conditions, which can affect the condition of parts and hardware. For example, vehicles from northern areas where snow, road salt, and rust are common may have bolts or components that are weakened, corroded, or prone to breaking during service. If a bolt, fastener, or part becomes stripped, broken, or otherwise compromised during the repair process, additional time and labor may be required. This can result in extended service times or adjustments to the original estimate. We appreciate your understanding, as these issues are outside of our control but are handled with care and professionalism.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will have to make another deposit of $50 to reschedule.

8. Emergencies & Weather Rescheduling

​

In rare cases, Vroom Vroom Fixer LLC may need to reschedule your appointment due to emergencies & severe weather

​

  • Your deposit is always safe and will automatically carry over to your new appointment date.

  • To make up for the inconvenience, I’ll give you 20% off labor costs at your rescheduled appointment.

I appreciate you’re understanding and flexibility—safety and quality are always my top priorities.

9. Website Use

  • The content on this site (text, images, logo) is the property of Vroom Vroom Fixer LLC and may not be copied without permission.

  • We may provide links to third-party sites (e.g., parts suppliers). We are not responsible for their content or policies.

10. Privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
